Delete your account

Effective date: 31 July 2026

You can permanently delete your KinaTrust account from the mobile app or website. Account deletion is available without contacting support.

Delete from the mobile app

Sign in and open Profile.
Under Account, select Delete account.
Withdraw any remaining balance and wait for pending payments to settle.
Type your account email and confirm permanent deletion.

Delete from the website

Sign in to KinaTrust.
Open Profile and scroll to the Danger Zone.
Select Delete my account, enter your email, and confirm.

What happens next

Your sign-in credentials, profile, and saved beneficiaries are removed.
You lose access immediately and the deletion cannot be undone.
Records required for fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, or legal compliance may be retained securely for the required period and are not used for marketing.
