Where do I find my smartcard or IUC number?
On DStv it's on the smartcard itself or shown when you press 'OK' on the remote; GOtv and Startimes show the IUC/smartcard number in the device menu.
Do you charge extra on top of the bouquet price?
No. You pay the provider's official bouquet price — nothing added.
